Our Typical Show Project

Although there isno such thing as typical for a custom show. In this sense our strength is in our iindustrial background which has allowed us to participate in Architectural Entertainment Projects aka Architainment.

We provide complete systems including Power and Control Panels incorporating Show Controllers, DMX Lighting Controls, LED Lighting, Pump and Valve controls for Special Effects. Most projects involve High Tech Water Feaures including Music, Colored Lights, Fire and dancing jets.

We often use PLC's as the main controller, interfaced with an optional HMI, DMX, LED, Video, Remote controls, Interactive Controls.

Most of the videos on this site are from Water Features we have provided systems for. Even though this is a subset of our strengths it is the most visual rewarding and fascinating work we do,

Typical Industrial Project

A typical project would involve a Programmable Controller, Some type of Sequential or Event Driven Process, and the need to integrate these into a cohesive system. An HMI is often used as a window into the Process.

We also offer a unique method to replace all paper tallying on the plant floor with out Manufacturing Information System. This is a WEB Based system leveraging SQL Server and dotNet technology. A typical plant can have raw material inventory and Work in Process Pulling systems. Downtime recoding and Analysis, Production Scheduling, Waste Tracking, OEE in Realtime, Remote Monitoring on WEB, SPC Charting, Receiving Systems, Production Monitoring etc.

Our systems are built from the Plant Floor up to the Boardroom.
